Hope the Horse

In light of my recent post and link to Fr. Peter’s blog, I recommend to you this story about a horse named Hope. In it you will read about the wonderful support of the local, sheriff, fire department and highway department to save this animal’s life. Incredible!
I’ve yet to meet Hope but that will be rectified when I go to visit the owner who happens to be my SIL. YAY!
It was a great story. And givr your SIL (my niece) my love.

Oh my goodness. This story had my heart pounding. I love horses. In my youth I did a lot of riding and always wished I could have one of my own. I was glad it all turned out happily for Hope and your sil.
Hello, sweetie, from your SIL! When you meet Hope you will see why all who meet her love her. For those who don’t know, her last job before retirement was that of a therapy horse, and she was very, very good at it. She has the most loving and caring disposition, and she has more heart than you can imagine. She is just incredible. I am priviledged to be charged with her care, and I am grateful to her for sharing her life with me.
I hope someday I get to meet your horses. I am hoping I will be strong enoughto travel by spring.
